Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: brillant ruby red Bouquet: such as raspberries, cherries and black cherries, slightly peppery, appealing.
Taste: pleasantly soft and sapid, incredibly persistent.

Dining Combinations

A companion for all dishes. It enhances any dish of normal consistency. Transgressive but try it with lake fish.

Temperature for Serving

Serve at cellar temperature or, if you prefer, slightly chilled.


Traditional in red, at controlled temperature. The most is fermented together to the skins for a period of 15 days. In this way, a maximum of the aromatic properties is extracted and the organoleptic complexity is increased.
Maturation for 12/24 months and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
