Organoleptic Characteristics

The distinctive scent is of fruity flavours of peach and citrus, musky of Mediterranean spices, bay laurel, sage and oregano above all. In the mouth it feels very supple and warm, well structured and persistent, with medium acidity. The aftertaste offers aromas of flesh of yellow fruit, which exalt the fine golden colour with glints of acacia honey.

Dining Combinations

Bianco di Baal is well matched with sea food, or sweet and sour codfish, semi-soft cheeses such as provola, and legume soups. It is extremely well appreciated as an aperitif.

Serve at 10-12 °C.
