Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: straw yellow with green highlights.
Bouquet: the sun is in this glass of mottled green, bead almost hypnotic. We dive into a basket of white flowers, honeysuckle, pineapple, lime and ginger. Full, deep and sumptuous. Final salinoe ore with intriguing smoky notes.

Excellent as an aperitif sparkling wine and meals.

Serve cold 6 °C.

Vinification

Produced from our best Prosecco grapes in the best areas. Crucial is the time of harvest to get the highest quality. The must is left to settle for 24 hours after a light pressing. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature 17-18 °C and lasts about 15 days. The wine is then racked and stored in tanks at a temperature of 8 °C until the sparkling process.
