Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: straw yellow with green highlights.
Smell: sparkle in the glass. The lively perlage leads to the delicate nose and aromas as an exquisite white and exotic fruit jelly wrapped in white flower petals, lime and the tip of nettle refresh everything. In the mouth, sugar and freshness they are perfectly balanced.

Vinification

Produced by our best Prosecco grapes in the best areas. Crucial is the time of harvest to get the highest quality. The must is left to settle for 24 hours after a light pressing. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature 17-18 °C and lasts about 15 days. The wine is then racked and stored in tanks at a temperature of 8 °C until the sparkling process.
