Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: ruby red with brilliant orange reflections, typical of Pinot Noir.
Bouquet: intense, red currants, bilberries and cooked blackberries prevail, with hints of raspberries.
Taste: seems light but opens up on the palate, fully satisfying, properly tannic, all in all, quite moving.

Dining Combinations

Excellent with meats of all kinds
 prepared in various manners,
 including wild game cooked with wild berries.


Traditional in red, at controlled temperature. The must is fermented together to the skins for a period of ten days. In this way, a maximum of the aromatic properties is extracted and the organoleptic complexity is increased. Maturation for 12/18 months and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
