Ruby red in colour with garnet glints, limpid and brilliant, offers a fruity scent of red fruit, cherry and strawberry with hints of sweet spices of cinnamon and vanilla. Inside the mouth it is rightly supple and warm, medium structured, persistent, with mild acidity and finely honed tannins from good refinement.
The Rosso di Baal is well matched to food especially suitable with the earthy cuisine of Monti Piacentini, medium matured cheeses, meats, pasta of medium structure, and cured meats.
Temperature for Serving
Serve at cellar temperature 16-18 °C.
