Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: ruby ​​red with very bright purple reflections.
Nose: persistent red fruit perceptions of undergrowth, bilberry jam, blackcurrant and violet. Are accompanied by notes of spice, clove, Dutch tobacco, toasted hazelnut and vanilla.
Taste: balanced, harmonious with good structure, fruity, tannic.

Dining Combinations

Ideal for main dishes of wild fowl, pheasants and partridges, but also excellent with pheasant, duck and chicken stew with potatoes.

Temperature for Serving

Serve at cellar temperature 18 °C.


It is a vine native red grape called Recantina, varieties almost disappeared from the wine scene. Grapes is very mature harvest with manual harvest is de-stemmed and crushed, the maceration lasts about 15 days with indigenous yeasts, then the wine is stored in casks and barriques for about a year.
