Taste: decidedly soft, sapid, balanced, incredibly persistent.
A companion for red meat roasts, grilled meat, game, truffle dishes. Does not disdain averagely ripe cheeses.
Temperature for Serving
Serve at cellar temperature 16 °C.
Traditional in red, at controlled temperature. The must is fermented together to the skins for a period of 15 days. In this way, a maximum of the aromatic properties is extracted and the organoleptic complexity is increased. Maturation for 24 months and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
